Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Weekend orders are processed on Monday. Pre-order items require an additional 8–10 business days before shipping.

Delivery time: Once shipped, delivery takes 10–15 business days on average. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or weather conditions.

Shipping rates: We offer free standard shipping on all orders, regardless of order value. No minimum purchase required. The applicable shipping rate will always be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking: Tracking information becomes available 2–3 business days after your order is placed. You can follow your shipment via our Track & Trace page.

Return window: Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days of your confirmed delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

How to return: Email us within the 14-day window with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, a brief reason, and photos. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.

Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your item arrived damaged or defective, we'll cover the return shipping.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
