About Our Shipping

By Hailey Rose is operated by AD Global Group LLC. We do our best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your orders.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Weekday orders are usually picked up the same or following business day. If you order on a Friday evening or over the weekend, your order will be processed starting the next Monday.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Daily Cut-Off Time

Orders submitted before 6:00 PM (GMT) on any weekday (Monday through Friday) are eligible for same-day processing. Anything that comes in after that time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be picked up on the next available business day.

Pre-Order Items

Products listed as "Pre-Order" require an additional 8–10 business days of processing time before they're shipped. This gives us time to source and prepare your item properly.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.

Delivery Timeframes

After dispatch, please allow the following estimated delivery time:

  • Standard delivery: 10–15 business days

These are estimates. Delivery times can vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required. Your shipping cost will always be shown clearly at checkout before you complete payment. We reserve the right to update our shipping rates at any time.

Tracking Your Order

You can follow your shipment through our Track & Trace page on the website. Tracking information is usually available within 2–3 business days of placing your order. If you haven't received any tracking details after 5 business days, please get in touch with us.

How to Place an Order

  1. Go to the product page and add your item to the cart
  2. Review your cart and click "Proceed to Checkout"
  3. Enter your shipping address and click "Continue to Shipping"
  4. Confirm your address and click "Continue to Payment"
  5. Choose your payment method and click "Complete Order"
  6. A confirmation email will be sent to you once payment is processed

Changing Your Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier, we're no longer able to make changes.

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address and is disposed of by the carrier after their standard holding period, we're unable to provide a full refund. A reshipment can be arranged for a fee of 15% of the original order total.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

By Hailey Rose / AD Global Group LLC is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by U.S. or international customs authorities upon delivery. These costs are not included in your order total and are entirely the responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend checking your country's or state's import regulations before ordering. If you decline to pay applicable customs fees or fail to collect your package, we cannot be held liable for any resulting loss. Unclaimed or refused packages are not eligible for a refund.
